Unless they go and make some sort of Level Tuning-ish card for Fusions...which I don't see happening anytime soon x_x
Hopefully Konami releases a card Ryo used called Time Fusion I believe. Which would have a similar effect to Level Turning. (That is if it has anime effect) Except rather then your opponent drawing cards you must remove one card from your hand from game. Also the Fusion monster only rmeains on the field for the turn this card is activated.
Hopefully this card is released with full anime effect. E-Hero fusions would se a tad bit more play. Although this card if released would be killer in a Cyber-Stein Deck.
Time Fusion
Normal Magic
Remove 1 card in your hand from play. In your next turn, Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster Card from your Graveyard, ignoring summoning requirements. The Special Summoned monster cannot attack during the turn it is summoned.

Yep thats the one, Similiar effect as Level Turning when it comes to the "Ignore summoning requrements"
-Disreguard the laststatment I made in my last post, a card like this would not be killer in a Stein-Deck because I would assume that like Level Turning the monster has to be properly Fusion Summoned.
Still this card would go greatly in an E-Hero deck, with mostly/all E-Hero's fusions being Nomies.
I think you can use IMT since Chimeratech only leaves the field and is placed back on so it was never really removed from play in the general sense that when it come's back it's special summoned, it's like it just taken from the field but placed back. It'll probably have the same ATK since it was never special summoned again. I wonder if the effect will reset when it's taken from place and then placed back on the field.
Unless it's a (or there is an active) Continuous Effect, monster's who have a modified ATK, when removed from the field in any way, and put back have their stats "Reset".
Things like Megarock Dragon, Great Beast Gazetto, Composite Beast Gazetto, Mucus Yolk, Flame Sprite and such would be reset.
Continuous monster's like Lost Guardian, Red Lotus Beast - Da Ilza, Chaos Necromancer, etc would recalculate since they constantly keep track of something.
I see Chimeratech Over Dragon falling into the Megarock Dragon category (unless the rules that get released say otherwise, which probably won't be a little while ><*)

Hmm interesting interesting. I'll have to read futher into this. I would assume it's attack would be 0 tho, which kinda sucks. Hopefully in the next set after Power of Duelist we get overload fusion, and more fusion/Cyber Dragon support cards. Cuz mine and many other people's deck could use it.
Who knows...we'll just have to wait and see whenever more spoiler's get released...Overload Fusion is an iffy one since, after seeing the short description for it, I see it more in the next set after ("Cyberdark Impact") which is said to have more of Hell Kaiser Ryo's cards in it.
In terms of DIRECT Cyber Dragon support, no (in terms of stuff that can only be used with Cyber Dragon or something)
In terms of stuff that can help it, there's a couple anime things. Time Fusion being one...other's being (anime effects)
Treasure from the Different Dimension
Normal Magic
If this card is removed from play for 1 turn, return this card to your hand during your next Standby Phase. When this card is returned to your hand, each player draws 2 cards from their Decks.
- Used in combination with Time Fusion's cost.
Cybernetic Fusion Support
Quickplay Magic
Pay half of your Life Points when you attempt to Fusion Summon a Machine Type Fusion Monster Card. Using this card as a substitute instead, remove the Fusion Material Monster cards listed on the Fusion Monster Card from your Graveyard from play and Special Summon that Fusion Monster Card from your Fusion Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon).
- Used by Kaiser with Power Bond twice so far. Basically saying you play Fusion, Power Bond or something to Fusion Summon and using that 1 card in place of any amount of material monster's it may need (though I would guess it doesn't work with stuff like UFOroid Fighter or Chimeratech Over Dragon because of their generalized material monsters) and remove the actual Material Monster's from your Graveyard.
Battle Fusion (considered more of a Judai-card though)
Quickplay Magic
This card can only be activated when a Fusion Monster Card on your field battles. Increase the ATK strength of your monster by the ATK strength of the monster it battles.
- Only assuming it's Fusion Monster since it was only used with those types of Monster's so far
Overload Fusion
Normal Magic
Remove from play, from your side of the field or your Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Machine-Type Fusion Monster Card, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon).
- What Kaiser used to bring out Chimeratech Over Dragon. Would be GREAT if it came out since then I could make a deck with 3 Magical Dry Good Merchant with it to dump a bunch of Machine's and remove them for a huge Chimeratech and, possibly, Return from the Twilightzone or Twilight Fusion to Special Summon possible beatsticks back as well. Could also really help in my Machine/Fusion Deck, obviously.
