Hmm there are a couple of things that concerns me:
*Why Goblin Attack Forces? Goblin Elite Attack Force seems to work better, because Begone, Knave! won't always be there.
* 3 Leggendary Jujitsu Master??? Even having one makes wonder what is doing there. I suppose to use it as a stall so not to take damage because of having no field BUT.... would he inflict damage does bounce himself back to the hand? However I guess the sending back to the deck is good.
*Lack of Call of the Haunted AND Premature Burials, looks like no revival-method. At least a Pot of Avarice would help

Cut me some slack, I took like, 10 minutes making that decklist.
1. Because GAF is searchable.
2. If your opponent hits an LJM, their creature poofs to the top of the deck. If LJM survives, you can flip Begone, Knave!, try to deal 1300, and if successful, set that same LJM on that turn. It's a vicious cycle that helps staunch the negative flow of field presence and card advantage.
3. Does this deck need/want recursion?
Cards of pwnage to fit in here: Skill Drain, Morphing Jar.
Lol. You will bug me about that forever wont you? I just dont like how it works. I don't the greatness in it. Espicially since we are the one suppose be using it. Since Criosphinx has 2400 def, i doubt that opponent would attack. and since I am the one attacking, then i will have to discard. It's just not efficient.
Maybe if you EXPLAIN your reasoning rather than you just throw it in thinking someone will understand.
Because then you can use Criosphinx to keep making the opponent lose cards from their hand and, obviously, since they won't want to, they'll probably hold off on attacking and doing any Battle Damage and couple that with Legendary Jujitsu Master with its bouncing.
And there's always things like Tsukuyomi, Book of Moon and such to flip Criosphinx f/d on your own turn for attacking or what not so its effect doesn't go off on you or there's still Trunade and m/t returning so you don't get bounced.
Just because you happen to not like how something works doesn't make it bad OVERALL or enough to automatically declare it bad in any way.
And because its ATK is so low, if you flipped it face down, then face-up, it's probably going to be the target of an attack. Hopefully, there will be a way to protect it while Begone Knave bounces monsters.
You don't even have to tribute...easily searched out with Giant Rat or Last Will and such...heck...if you want to experiment, you can try out Heart of Clear Water too. At the very least, the opponent would focus on getting rid of Heart of Clear Water so they can kill off Criosphinx or something.
Me and a friend of mine were looking at this card the other day and this is what we came up with........
well it says you can normal summon is by tributing 1 monster right well. this is not considerred a tribute summmon Right, so you can tribute a scapegoat  ??????? plz tell me i'm right so i can use this card in 2's or 3's lol.
Unfortunately, that won't work. A tribute summon is still a normal summon, and you can't use Scapegoat tokens for Tributes in tribute summons. They can only be tributed for special summons (like Toons).
EDIT: Or you can use them to pay for costs (Metamorphosis, The Unfriendly Amazon, etc)

I dont think there are any rulings on this yet but i would say no u cant tribute a goat token. this is because it is not a special summon but a normal summon which i think is counted as a tribute summon, but im not sure.
Nope...still a Tribute Summon...it's just still being treated as Normal Summoning, except you're summoning it with just 1 Tribute instead of the usual 2.
