But you do not...because ANOTHER simple point of logic is that there is no "infinite" in Yu-Gi-Oh!.
Even "infinite loops" cannot be willingly performed (like Pole Position).
There are combos where they can keep being done like Manticore of Darkness x2 + Card of Safe Return, but even things like that are not infinite because it ends when you Deck out or draw Exodia or something.
Basically what is being said is that the text takes into account that when Sausuke Samuari's effect activates, if you have 7 or more, there's no need to draw. It's sort of like the same situation with infinite loops (Pole Position). They are illegal to pull off, as is this. If we took the text as is, then you'd be drawing until you deck out and lose, which is annoying, unfair, and an improper interpretation of the text. Thus it is not interpreted as such.
well, its not REALLY infinite... the loop will stop as soon as they reach 7!! They just usually deck out first...
Pole Position actually has it ruled to where you're not allowed to make an infinite loop. I can't actually find a ruling on Sasuke #3 anywhere.
UDE's negligence of #3's combo owns
Umm....your first statement makes no sense...how do they deck out BEFORE they reach 7??? We already explained how it does not work and WHY it does not work...
There is no "combo" for Sasuke Samurai #3 and NEVER has had one like that. It should be simple common sense.
Also, Pole Position has rulings because they actually WOULD perform a never-ending infinite loop and Konami/UDE has already ruled that you cannot willingly do such things that would cause such loops.
If something could be done like that with Sasuke Samurai #3, it WOULD be ruled that it could not happen.
And it's not an infinite loop... can you really draw to infinity? No. You deck out. The combo can't be ruled infinite or looping if it eventually terminates.
My point was that UDE hasn't ruled against sasuke #3... not that pole position's rulings apply to sasuke #3.
I know it doesn't work, the entire point of this thread is that according to logic and a literal interpretation of the card it should.
The thing is...the "literal" interpretation is that they draw until they have 7...and "literaly" interpretations of RULES ANd the way its effect works also make it so it doesn't work...which is why this discussion is pretty much pointless now...
Just because UDE doesn't immediately rule against something does not automatically mean you CAN do something with it.
You don't see UDE rule that Exiled Force/Cybernetic Magician/etc can't be used on the opponent's turn, but "literal" interepation makes it seem like that...it's common sense in the rules that prevent such things from happening.

The rules of Game Mechanics as well as your own brain that should know that Sasuke Samurai #3 can't work and should not work, no matter how you look at it. It's pointless to continue the discussion though since it's already been finished with the point that it does not work.

Period.
I didn't ask is there a rule that prevents it... I asked WHICH rule prevents it. I know the discussion is pointless... but will you atleast answer my question?
There is no specific rule stating so, but that can be said for A LOT of cards.
Does Exiled Force have a rule saying it can't be used on the opponent's turn??? No, it does not, but game mechanics say otherwise.
Exiled Force has a spell speed 1 effect... the rules SAY you can't activate spell speed 1 effects on your opponents turn. Which game mechanic says Sasuke #3 can't work this way, then?
