He only used it once against Duke Devlin. That is the only time I've seen him use it, though.

That's the only time he actually used it...sometimes, if you get a peek at his hand, there was another time where it was there...

I'm not one of the younger players, but I liked the card before Joey used it that one time. It was always one of those cards I thought would be fun to use in a deck since nobody else was. Unfortunately I never got it to work that decently. But like it was said earlier, there are cards with better boosting effects out now. Still a nice card to have fun with every once and a while though.
