its basically ha des type effects, effects that negate effects of monsters destroyed in battle only apply while in the graveyard (and while on the field after being destroyed for things like dd lady and flip effects)

so if the monster is removed from play it is no longer negated. the fact that there's no mention of the graveyard doesn't matter, whats more important is likely that there is no mention of the RFP pile and therefore ha des/gear beast/etc. do not extend there.
