I've already voiced my opinion on this topic but I would definitely not risk using Ultimate Sacrifice in a Raizen deck. They are strong but the only deck I reccomend using that card in is an OTK deck.
DH owns SR but with my deck, i rarley get past the first match as i just use Doushi to peck off my opponent's sideline characters with his attack and Scatter Shot. But i'd definately choose DH for like a beatdown purpose deck. Against another Raizen theres a possibility of a 18000 attack. Usually it wont go that high so it possibily will be about a 12000.
Most Raizen decks will run DH, Doushi and Raizen on their team. Plus with the set-up bonus, make your fourth a team leader and gain another 2000. Thats 8000. Plus possibily another 2000 if they have a teem lader which raises to 10000 and then the team bonus. If they have a second team leader, its a FREE 12000 attack that cannot be modified....Godly.
The choice depends on whether or not you want to use Intensive Training or Destined Greatness. If you're shoving Yusuke into the first match, then Raizen's Successor is going to get you more cards in your hand, which is always a good thing. If you want to use Doushi first (which is a pretty good idea) and you want to use Intensive Training (without Raizen Supremacy, or course), instead of Destined Greatness, then Demonic Heir is the way to go. On the other hand, if you want to use Raizen Supremacy and Destined Greatness for a technique-driven Ultimate Sacrifice deck, then it's probably best to use Raizen's Successor to draw more cards and get you to your techniques. You could use Raizen Supremacy and slap him in the first slot to use Destined Greatness later, but there's always the risk of I'm Callin' You Out , Destined Gathering, or Flee. Anyhow, that's how I see it.
