It was just a free card that came with the mag before the set was released to promote the set.

Therefore it was promotional, but in terms of a promo card, it is the same card in the set.

Could you tell us if all those cards are written in German? I am assuming they are seen as I believe the german set cards are written in German, but it would be interesting to know!
