Why skill drains? that would negate all your zombies effects. Maybe drop a Book of Life since theres not too many zombies. What do you bring out with Instant Fusion? Would you mind having a look at my Zombies.
I shall clarify for you. Vampire Lord and Phoenix both come back if they are destroyed by an effect. That's because their comeback effect is in the graveyard where Skill Drain can't touch it. Pyramid Turtle's effect also resolves in the graveyard so Skill Drain can't touch it either. He will pull Reaper on the Nightmare with Instant Fusion because it is way better than Spirit Reaper in the aspect that it can attack directly and still strip a card from their hand. The only zombie that Skill Drain can negate is Ryu Kokki. But Kokki is meant to be a beatstick.
I knew about Vampire Lord and Phoenix. I see.. So even if Instant Fusion says the monster special summoned cannot attack, Reaper on the Nightmare can still attack because of its effect? thats dope.

Spirit reaper bites the big one in this deck. As explained in the opening post. Secondly, I'm only packing 2 skill drain. My key monsters don't really care about skill drain. Pyramid turtle, V-Lord, Nephthys, all activate in the graveyard. Apprentice activates off the field. Ryu kokki has a negligable effect. Only hand of nephthys suffers, but you'd be an idiot to play drain when you have hand on the field.
And the deck wasn't that big, how do you replace 5 cards with 2 ? I'll clue you in on a little secret, you can't play a 38-card deck in advanced. Perhaps next time you should bother to read the whole post before you reply.

No it can't, but its properly fusion summoned so once its sent to the graveyard you can bring it back with book of life. Which is why your suggestion to drop a book of life was fairly useless as well.
i'll check your zombie deck tonight when I get a chance ;)
Actually, I think Hand of Nephthys will still work while skill drain is on the field. I think it works like exiled force, where you first tribute the monsters and then Hand of Nephthys's effect resolves while its in the graveyard.
