Well heres my Zombie Deck, its my favorite deck. Rate/fix please^^
Monsters:23
3x Zombie Master
3x Pyramid Turtle
3x Giant Rat
3x Ryu Kokki
2x Vampire Lord
2x Zaborg the Thunder Monarch 1x morphing jar or another mobius

1x Il Blud(proxy...really need it, but its like 130$<_<)

1x Monster Reborn(using call of the haunted as proxy till i find my monster reborn)

Traps:6
1x Solemn Judgment (or a 3rd sakurestu armor, 1 seems random)
2x Sakuretsu Armor(poor man's mirror force, can't wait till the gold series)

I'm planning on adding a Caius once he comes out too.
Curse doesn't own at all, trust me I have ran it. Speaking of call of the mummy I don't think you need it really. It is a good card and can offer an instant tribute for a monarch but I think creature swaps would be infinitely better since you run 3 g-rat , a sangan, and 3 turtle.
If you do happen to get plague or goblin then yes they should definatley be in here. I'm running three goblin and 2 plague and it works well, though my deck isn't monarch orientated, save raiza. If you get a couple goblins then I think you can take out one kokki and one lord, to lessen the amount of tributes you run. Good luck with it.
I would suggest that you take out some tributes like the 2 v-lords. When i play with zombies, the monster that I usually bring out are either ryu kokki for pure power or zombie master for massive swarming. You can replace the 2 v-lords for cyber dragons, card trooper or morphing jar.
As for spells, i don't know why you don't play creature swap since you have at least 7 good swapping candidates (3 rats, 3 turtles and sangan). I would take out those call of the mummy for creature swap. And if you do play creature swap, then you might want to play scapegoat too.
Lastly, for traps, you might want to put some dust in there since if you have to vs a macro deck, your deck is screw since so many cards are gk reliant.
I CAN SEE Y YOU WOULD SAY THAT, I GUESS I DID NOT MENTION THAT I PLAYED A NOOB FRIEND OF MINE THAT HAS A TOTAL BEATDOWN DECK SO IT MAKES IT ALOT EASIER TO SUMMON CURSE, I GUESS IT ISNT THAT EASY TO SUMMON HIM, BUT JUST HAVING ANOTHER 2000 ATK MONSTER IS NICE SINCE GOBLIN ZOMBIE, P TURTLE AND SOME OTHER ZOMBIE SPECIFIED CARDS CAN GET HIM OUT EASILY RIGHT?

When curse of vampire was first released, i was pretty excited because this card seems to be awesome with card of safe return combine. But then your opponent will know what you are planning to do a mile away and will just kill it with spell/trap/effect instead of by battle so that doesn't really help much. 2nd of all, when turtle gets kill, you usually want to get either il blud/ryu kokki/zombie master on the field instead so that's why curse isn't as a good card as some will think.

I ran it against a friend who ran cyberdark monsters, a constant stream of 2500 ATK beaters. The only time that it helped me was the very first time I used it (because he didn't know what I set and attacked) and when I would ram it into a monster (which left me open).
