does the dragon negate demise or not ,since demise effect destroys the field and it text doesnt specify monster(s)

As long as at least 1 monster would be destroyed by Demise's effect, you would be able to use Prime Material Dragon's effect.

i cant wait till the new band list comes out there gonna have a field day with prime and yes he can destroy anything that destroys monsters which is freakin rediculos

I seriously doubt they'd do anything to Prime. At the very most, I can only see them Semi-Limiting it, but I would highly surprised if they did.

well the only reason i hate it is because i run yubel lol so yeah you see why i brought it up haha, but seriously i agree with maybe semi limiting him, but it depends on how the people will abuse prime so i dunno, i mean dont get me wrong its a great card lol.
