Yeah, a few Decktypes can be utilized in various fashions. You don't always have to follow the common trend or what people think is "the best" version.
Yup, and thats one thing that annoys me. Everyone seems obcessed with Zombie World when really, it's not that nessary, it's just a choice and I would much rather have a dead draw of skill drain then that of Teraforming or Zombie World.
Hence thats when I get insulted when that person said that Syncroing is not for top decks. Rubbish, there is a reason why he will be in such high demand. He is a free special summon with cards of safe return on the field, and half the time I use him to clear monsters that I don't expect to pull though that turn into something more appealing. ^^
And I will take a look at your deck anyways, mind looking at mine PennenDoom?
That's what I kept telling people when Undead World first showed up; that it is NOT a broken card at all. It's only because of various others like Il Blud, Zombie Master, Book of Life, etc that it looks that way. By itself, though, it's nothing that can't be worked around nor is it anything that Zombies "need" to work well. It's primary use is because of the opponent's Graveyard-stealing cards.
The Tribute Summoning part isn't a problem either since...well...how often is Tribute Summoning done that Undead World would cause THAT huge a problem?
Not to mention that, when it catches on, you or your opponent can have their own Undead World used against them by the opponent as well...also better hope Kasha/Fire Wagon doesn't come out in english anytime soon.

Earth/Zombie/8/?/1000
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except while you control 2 or more face-up Zombie-Type monsters. When this card is Special Summoned, return all monsters on the field to the owner's Decks except this card. The ATK strength of this card is equal to the number of Zombie-Type monsters returned to the Deck in this way x 1000 points.
Ultra Rare
...it has been ruled (last I checked anyways) that it DOES gain ATK by DNA'ed or Undead World'ed monsters. So not only would you get monster clearance, but also, thanks to your opponent's own Undead World, a high ATK as well. (And it'd have at least 2000 just because of its own requirements, even without Undead World. And we know how easily Zombies can swarm and such.) x_x
Not, that I am a OTK user, just, I would really love to use this card against a swarm user, turn all the Syns into Zombies and sweep them up. ^^
It would give me a secondary condtion, aside from all that swarming, but still, I imagine this card will be very powerful, good thing Gorz will be out long before this card hits across the water.
Well, Gors still only works if you have no "cards" on your field. Clearing away only monsters is half the job done.
These days, widespread OTKs that focus so much on clearing away EVERYTHING have dropped, so the overall effectiveness of Gors has dropped, which lead to the overall use of Gors to dropping quite a bit compared to before. It's still good in some Decktypes, but it's nowhere near as "broken" or splashable as it used to be, but still good enough to keep restricted. As I said in the General Discussions topic, these days, Tragoedia would be a much bigger problem if it came out soon in english, lol.
