Yes to all 3 considering they all work well with the Equip-basis of the Deck.

Megamorph and Evolution of Mankind would also work well. Double Tool D & C is your choice. It's not really necessary, but it doesn't hurt to try it out and see for yourself. It's worked pretty well for me though.

What about at least 1 Jade Knight....? ...it can summon Cameran or Videon.

Actually, only Videon. Jade Knight is only Level 4 LIGHT Machine-Type monsters, so considering that, it's not needed.

The 1 copy of Reasoning and/or Monster Gate could help with getting to monsters quickly.

Sangan is always useful given every Deformer is 1500 or less ATK.

Oh ya... I guess didn't look back at Cameran for its level.

For re-using Equips, besides Arms Hole, there's also older things; Recycle, Hidden Book of Spell, Magic Shard Excavation, or even more specific stuff like Fairy of the Spring.
