That's probably because you're living in the English-speaking part of the world, Jakal. WizKids/Topps probably will make sure that any relevant prices will stay in that part of the world that is considered to be better than the rest.
OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH!!!! MINE MINE MINE MINE!!!! WE WANTS IT, PRECIOUS, WE WANTS IT!!!!! Droooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool.
Ok, I'm back to normal. Holy Freakin COW! That's amazing!!! I hope I win. Or one of my friends, who will trade the pieces he doesn't play. I WANT MASON AND RICK AND JONAH!!!!!!

Oh, the Portuguese guys have it worse, mind you. But thanks anyway, Irishrogue. It's a shame you and I are in different corners of Europe, otherwise I would have loved playing against you. But maybe sometime in the future... one never knows.

That is one interpretation. On the other hand, the interpretation that passes the Occam's Razor test is that it takes longer for scenarios to be available in the non-English-speaking parts of the world due to the need to do translation work on the scenarios and their special rules.
That's not to say that it doesn't suck. You folks (as in, all the players in the non-English-speaking parts of the world) always get the raw end of the deal, simply because of business reasons. Hopefully this time they'll hold off on the drawing until all the Marquees are run world-wide (though I admit that this is unlikely).
Nice, but I would rather see a lot of smaller prizes for more people. The Faction War was the best thing that WK has done. This is nice, but sort of showy.

I agree. I think it's better if more people get small slices rather than just a few getting large slices of the pie.
Nice effort on the part of WK. Now how about those rules changes?
