I am not sure how you have seen VTOLs played, but many higher level players move the VTOLs into range, then out of range. The Balac can do that, keeping it from being shot.

i wonder how it is that you can barely SHOOT that far in the middle of a storm, and yet safely fly a helicoptor through it...

You'd have to keep yourself within 11" of your target to pull that off, and that's not a trade-off I'd be willing to make at the Marquee.

It's 53 points out of your army that will be basically unhittable for much of the game. I would certainly take the chance.

Luftier has it correct the ss balac is the way to go.Unless u seriously screw up it should never get hit.I had planned on using one in the marquee since day one and have even given one of mine a new paint job just for the event.LOL
