Smoke Jaguar warriors cropped up in all sorts of weird places in the 3060s, like on Galatea during the FCCW as well as on Astrokaszy. AFAICR all of their WarShips were accounted for, which is very important.
@Diablo4485: The Ghost Bears are still around, having merged their government and territory with the Free Rasalhague Republic into the "Rasalhage Dominion." The story is still up on Touring the Stars. Also, the Steel Vipers were as of the Jihad firmly restricted to the Clan Homeworlds. Along with the Star Adders, they were the strongest of the Home Clans in 3067. (I'd count the Snow Ravens as an "Encroaching Clan," and I believe they were Abjured with the Jade Falcons, Wolves, etc.)

@random-
And how would they get there? Of course, they can always defy the Clan Council and go rogue, but while they're packing up for the journey, they're gonna get gunned down. To do it the official way, they're going to have to kick out one of the current Crusaders, which I don't think is a good proposition. Unless, they take the Smoke Jaguars slot...... which would make for an interesting tangle with the Combine....
Seeing as how no one but you has ever actually read anything about the battle tech universe except for you, maybe you could answer a couple more questions for me? you bieng OBVIOUSLY the ONLY source for BT information in known space :)?
Let's talk about some things. First Wizkids can do ANYTHING they like with the universe, correct? so if they wanted any of the home clans to join in, it would be no problem, Clan council or not, right? as well, they could come in ANYWHERE wizkids wanted them to right? If we were to go totally by the CBT world, wouldn't the Steel Wolves and Spirit Cats have been Abjured? Or were they? After all, they are Splinter groups, much like the wolves in exile. Just asking is all. and if the homeworlds were ravaged as much as it is said they were in the jihad, maybe one of them would just take off and do what they wanted. after all didn't the falcons ignore the clan council and the comstar truce at least twice? I know they at least came really close to it, and if you count the red corsair, then they sure as heck did. SO it would not be hard at all to bring in whoever however they liked.

-Well, there's ALSO CodeSurge....
1: "First Wizkids can do ANYTHING they like with the universe, correct?"
-They can, and they will. However, if they want the storyline to have ANY trappings of coherentness, then they won't. Besides, hopefully Coleman or Bills would stick up for those of us who actually enjoy reading about the BT universe.
2: "so if they wanted any of the home clans to join in, it would be no problem, Clan council or not, right? as well, they could come in ANYWHERE wizkids wanted them to right? "
-Technically, I believe that the Great Refusal could hold them against that. HOWEVER, since it was fought under the Star League II (which is now defunct), it may no longert be applicable.
3: "If we were to go totally by the CBT world, wouldn't the Steel Wolves and Spirit Cats have been Abjured?"
-They were never Clan in the first place. Unless you hold a seat in the Grand Council as a representative of a Clan, then you can't be Abjured. They were simply losers, loitering in the I.S. until the Dark Age.
4: "if the homeworlds were ravaged as much as it is said they were in the jihad, maybe one of them would just take off and do what they wanted. "
-At risk of becoming the Wolverine Clan, which ALSO defied the Council, and were slaughtered to the last child.
5: "after all didn't the falcons ignore the clan council and the comstar truce at least twice? "
-Please explain how they defied the Council.
They never violated the Tukayyid Truce. They NEVER crossed the Tukayyid line, they simply attack the Lyrans while moving somewhat parallel to the line. They no cross the line, they no break rule.
