This is pure speculation but judging from the INN map of the Republic the closest occupied planets to Jade Falcon territory is 1 Swordsworn and 2 Republic worlds. Unless of course Steel Wolf and Jade Falcon forces land at the same time on one world which seems to happen alot for the Wolves.

The Capellans said the same thing until the set was released and everyone realized that it would take a miracle to get what they wanted/needed to play House Liao primarily.

Fluff, the Capellans are kicking Republic butt. Game line, everyone hates to play Liao so they all play Republic. It is shear numbers that has the Capellans down. Kinda the same reason why DF won Irain.

There have been some good SW campaigns in the past. What we really need would be a Stormhammer campaign but at this point I will be happy to see anyone who isn’t RotS and Liao. Of course a Bannson campaign would rock your nuts off.
