Anyway, I have a new favorite sculpt. A+ job, WK.

...and, as an SC player, I will happily add them to my Hallucinogenic Air Force. (Motto: We really do see vapor trails...)

How is that dumb? Jade Falcon designed the thing... so it makes perfect sense that they get more than anyone else...

Do we really need yet another attack VTOL with a huge range?
Knowing how WK designs things it will probably be non single use AnP on the DF version and 9+ attacks to start for all of them. Why do they continue to produce these things when they don't really give us an effective way to counter them. Where is the Battletech equivalent of the Stinger missile system or Avenger or a way for Mechs to have a slight chance to fight back. With the continued decrease of the defense values on Mechs and the nerfing of arty, it seems certain that VTOLS will once again surge to the forefront.

I always thought it was premature for everyone to get on the Kelly bandwagon for the future of MW, after all she was part of the MK design team which gave us Storm Maul and first strike Salamanders. Without some tweaks to the rules and mechanics of the game, we might as well leave the mechs in the dropship.

A+ for visual design, F for everything else.

SH Cavalry = 17 def/16" move/6" range

SH Balac = 16 def/16" move/10" range

And both have SE's that can't be used because you can't use them when you Move and shoot.

Both have 3 damage which is nice...IF the could get the shot off.

A really cool model in person, t-semp doesn't seem to great at the moment, but it will be utter #### once people start tank dropping it everywhere.

DF one better not have 10atk (it will) it better have under 20 def in the air (it wont) I hate DF....

As to SC and DF getting the non JF ones, I would have prefered SC and SH or even better SC and SW (too bad there are no SW's) but it can be determined that SC won some skadi's in some trial and I guess sold/gifted some to their DF allies.

*shakes head at no SW in this set* how stupid.... This would have been a great set for no Liao/BR because they are on the other side of the universe.
