Hmm. the other two sound like Anguirus and one of the forms of Destroyah respectively.
For Anguirus think Snapping Turtle, Bull dog, and Ankylosaurus cuz he has no real powers just rolls up in a ball and acts like a bowling bowl with the spikes out, stands on his hind legs and jumps onto an enemy using his back, or bites something and holds on for dear life.
The Destroyah form is the second of four evolutionary forms of Destroyah he has this breath weapon of very high pressurized oxygen. Anybody see what highly pressurized oxygen being released can do? If not I've seen an accident where just a tiny microscopic hole in a pipe of this stuff can cut through metal, wood, and humans like butter. Other than that just the claws. The full grown version also has a laser come out of his cranial horn.
Moguera is a transformer like robot. His lower body can turn into an underground drilling vehicle and the upper half an aircraft. Weaponry includes the drills, Plasma laser cannons from the eyes, plasma maser cannon from the chest (PPC like), and can also fly.
This may sound dumb, but there ARE monsters that size in the Battletech universe. One world in the FWL has a full dinosaur culture, another has flying reptiles that look like Wyverns that the locals train as riding animals. It made me dig out my old CBT materials on the subject...
You wanna have fun with them? Well there are species of gigantic quasi-reptilians that for SPORT they used 'Mechs to hunt. "Megasaur" is the name used to apply to any reptile weighing from 2 to 60 tons.
Give them phenomenal speed with Melee-only abilities. Give it 2 attacks to the front 90 degree arc (bite and claw). HTH weapon works well for bite, either pathetic or GREAT, simulating the location hit. Claw should be 1 or 2 damage only but if successful it means the opposing unit is affected as if by Grapple. Then give it a third 180 degree arc to the rear where it uses its tail - Full Strike for 3!! Let it use all in a "Full Attack Order" or one with a Movement order.
Defence is high (speed again and the fact that unlike 'Mechs, the brain of these things controls the body directly) but dial is quite short.
Berzerker (Steel Wolf) dials would work very well. As in they tend to be unlikely to seriously take on a 'Mech until angered!
For flyers, give them a CC attack that they do on a flying pass. Effectively for 12 SP they drop to NOE, do a CC attack and rise again. Means you don't need to worry about a CC back.
The "dinohunting with 'Mechs" Kotch refers to comes from the BattleTech Periphery Sourcebook, if I'm not mistaken. Looks like Papyrus can actually field giant reptiles in the game without being out of canon with the revered BattleTech universe. It looks like fun and it's remarkably cheap too; most toy stores sell dinosaur toys in various sizes. It's advisable to buy the smaller dino's, of course.
Ok now that I've seen them the first image is of the 2nd Destroyah (about the size of a person) and the Full version of Destroyah (Godzilla's size).
The Godzilla with red is actually the one Destroyah fights. He's red because he's having literally a nuclear meltdown as his skin then bones melt away at the end of his last film before the American one.
Just got back from the Dollar Tree with some additional giant monster figures.
A pteradactyle and one of those Jurasic Park spitters (Diphlo-sumthin?), $1 each.
They're from a toy line called "Beast Raider" warriors of the savage, savage warrior.
As detailed as the Trex and raptor from the JP toy line, vivid color and exactly the right size to match all of the above (if you allow the spitter to be as big as your raptor).
egad. my preschool/kindergarten obsession with dinosaurs surfaces once again. Dilophasaurus. 20 feet long, supposed to larger than the raptor, but the one in JP was young. I still believe JP3 got screwed up. And no offense to anyone, but I think the American Godzilla was cooler. Although a game featuring both would be awesome!
Even though this thread was silent for almost a year before it was revived, it's still a fun idea. Does Papyrus still frequent this forum? Giant creatures versus 'Mechs and tanks, what's not to love? They do not necessarily have to be dino-like beasts, you could also use plastic bugs and spiders.

That's your answer to everything. Sounds like you might like the Nuclear War card game.
Just had a posting pulled because I provided links to other commercial sites (sorry).
I agree. My collection includes a giant spider, mothra, a couple of dragons, and some large Growlers from Vor: the Maelstrom game.
I am adding a Star Wars Reek (horned beast from episode 2).
I want to add an Anklay (spider legged reptillian from episode 2) and a Rancore (Jabba's pet from episode 5).
I am also considering two 4" tall Marvel comics Sentinel figures I got for .50 each at a comic store. I may just use them in Heroclix but a Sentinel vs a Mech is not bad either. At just under 4" the scale is more MW than HC (not that scale has mattered to date).
I need to work on dial/stat data though. Any help?
