The FirePower Spoiler lists a new vehicle called the Morningstar Mobile HQ. Point costs are double the older Mobile HQ costs. It looks like the next release might include a more expensive Mobile HQ, The spoiler list the factions as House Kurita, Storm Hammer, Bannsons, and House Davion.

Knowing exactly where that spoiler list originated and based on the 9-10 month lead time for a release (mentioned previously about a year or so ago) so no chance to change the information I would say it is 99.999% possible that there is a set of command vehicles in the next release. Having said that I think it is very annoying that Bannson's Raiders are one of the factions to get command! Heck they are a hodge podge of security guards, militia, spies and mercs yet they get the best proportion of command units left in the game yet professional armies (Liao and Jade Falcon) are denied command to a great extent (Yes I am aware Liao already has some command but expensive mechs shouldn't count in the scale we are generally playing!)
