Mind you, House Davion and House Liao did work together in the 31st century, or have we forgotten the rebirth of the Star League already? Granted, it didn't last too long... but it lasted long enough to kick the Clans in the face on their home turf, hardcore style!

Liao's Contribution to Operation Serpent was a Mercenary unit of dubious quality.

It would be nuts to actually have CC and FS work together. However, I would hate it if the AFFS came in to support the RotS. That would be the logical thing to do, but it should be mentioned somewhere that we're doing this for our own gains (not like the other goody-two-shoes in MW, the Highlanders).

And let's not forget that the only reason Sun Tzu actually "joined" the Star League was so he'd become First Lord. As soon as he did, he tried to basically annex half the worlds around the CC, since he had the power.

Not all of us Highlanders wanted to help out the Republic for free, or at least not put all of our eggs in one basket by integrating our forces. It's always good to have a plan B handy.

Eh... I like the idea of the Rebuplic, but I'm Davion at heart. So I'd be glad to help em out, I jsut wana peice of Stiener still :grin:
