This army, as in the past, has made many of my opponents stand up and take notice of the amount of infantry I have on the board. So this'll make a good capture army. And with "Frankie" Amir at the controls of the Nova Cat, along with Re-Engineered Laser, well you take a guess as to what it can do.....

There is no Clan Nova Cat Faction Pride card. Nor will there be in the next set.

They've dropped Faction Prides in the coming set in favour of Situational Alliance cards.

IMO they should've dropped the Missions!! :)

Besides the fact that there is not a CNC faction pride card yet...

That much infantry is going to be a very tempting target for artillery. It's also going to make any enemy playing Anti-Personnel jump for joy.

It really comes down to the fact that you cannot deal with artillery. Someone playing a single pog/single arty army is going to give you trouble. Someone playing a 2 pog/2 arty army (ie 2 SS Arrow IVs) is going to murder you.

The CNC Nova Cat is a beast, but it can easily be countered with constant artillery barrages or infantry. Without your Nova Cat, your army just cannot dish out enough damage to win a game.

At the very least; trade 3 Undine for a Donar. That many grapple units is redundant. Look into getting some PAL suits in there. They pack more of a punch and are harder to hit.

Look at trading some more infantry for a :^^^:Cizin, Fulcrum, or DI Morgan as well. I'd go for a Morgan myself, and surround it with the Fenrir, Undine, and PALs.

Total = 600pts.

This army still has quite a few infantry in it, but can dish out a LOT more damage and isn't so dependant on the Nova Cat. The Sylph can neuter an arty piece for a short time. The Donar is a pretty good arty killer as well. The Morgan can help keep any An-P units away from your infantry. The PAL suits should be pretty nasty against anything that gets too close as well.

Woops! my mistake, still...if it is round up, 5 damage is good if you don't use pulse.

Hey now, what do you have against the M CBA? That 'lil guy is a workhorse!

Just wanted to let you know that when Clan Nova Cat is released in the next set, I'll be here. Until then, I'll be back and forth between here and the current SC thread. Just wanted to say Hi to all my Clanmates ( is that even a term?).

Hey I have the Clan Nova Cat Nova Cat. Does it work well in armys what do you use fro back up. I like to build with out arty. I also play with two mechs in all my armys, I also like to build with infantry.

Is anybody going to post on here.

I think you will see more people post on here after the new set is actually released or as more CNC figures are previewed.

personally I like nebula with the prize kisho better than sabertooth. assaulting from 29 inches away is just nasty.

I don't have to look through all the pages in either the CNC or SC thread to find out this, so I will ask away. What figures do we know are going to be released in Annihilation for CNC and SC? Thanks to all who might answer.... :)
