Ya, the other day I was playing my friend and I rolled THREE CRITICAL MISSES! Although not in a row they stil made me angry. Oh wait, TWO of them were back to back. I just might be in the worst streak of bad dice rolles for me ever.
Hah! I could've done really well in the Black Heart Tourney...if I had more time!
See, I was going against Altan, and he was using an army with three uniues (Thanatos, Revenant, and something else...). Most of my troops died, except my Krugg Seer (who hid in the corner at last click), and two Demolishing Apes. They proceded to kill one unique, bring down the Revenant to its last click, and had almost killed the Thanatos!
NINE STRAIGHT ROLLS OF DODGE!
4 In a row were 6's!
just like any other luck ive had, i usually get the short end. i roll critical misses, or just misses when i dont need much to hit. i fail breakaways EVERY TIME! i think i have rolled successful break away attempts twice ever. even with figure with flight.
now i wont say i never roll critical hits either. but when i do, its meaningless. its only after ive lost half my army trying to take down one heavy hitter that i finally roll critical hit when it only has one click of life left. not exactly advantageous.
about the dodge thing though, i did somehow manage to get exquisite results with dodge once in a dungeons game. i managed to even win that game too. it was a satyr... a ninja satyr as far as im concerned. ive never seen anything dodge that many attacks. of course, it never made a hit either. it just tied up three heroes trying to kill it while i made my way through the dungeon. luckily my opponent became obsessed with killing the ninja satyr and i won easily. but he never did hit it... after countless tries with three different heroes.
now if i can only get that lucky with my own army.
