LE figure...NOT LE relic - the Relic I assume will be available in Boosters and Starters, people have been proclaiming LE Relics, but the ad DOES NOT say that!!

I guess that answers the question of wether LE's will be able to use relics. Now if I can just decide wether or not I am supporting 2.0 or not...

This is going to be intersting. This is going to cost someone about 50.00 to obtain and it is only avaible in US and Can. Then there is the fact that some stores do not allow preorders. I am not saying this is a bad idea or anything just that this figure will end up being a little on the harder to get pricey side. If the relic is available else where then it is going to depend on Jasper's stats. I know I lot of people will be upset with Jasper's stats do not live up to a 50.00 price tag.

On a side not it does appear that LEs from 2.0 will be able to use relics from both this description and the description of the other LEs

Okay, I like the fact that you can go to your favorite retailer and not to a list of venues approved by WizKids. That's really cool since the retailer I'd have chosen doesn't run games (they're too small).

I also have to side with the International crowd and say that they should get a similar offer. I understand that it's probably not easy for WizKids to do that. Maybe WizKids just hasn't gotten that portion of things together with their international distributors yet and there will be an offer later on? Release dates do vary from country to country, so it's possible that the International folks aren't out of the running yet.

Meanwhile, I'm looking at 22 pounds sterling (about $36 bucks American) to get some boosters of Indyclix from England so I can (hopefully) get the Dark Judges and Stix...

1. The Relic is indeed an LE.
2. Due to the way the WK distribution works, WK can only offer promotions like this in the USA and Canada, because that is where we distribute directly. International distributers can (and often do) run their own promotions. They can offer this promotion as well, and if you know your regional distributer, you can tell them to contact WK about offering this promotion. It's not that we wouldn't want to do this globaly (we would in a heart beat), it's just that WK trusts the international distributers to know better what promotions will appeal to their consumers and players.
3. Yes, LE's are uniques and therefore can use relics. The one in the picture is a sample, not on a standard base.

Yes it has to be Mage Knight 2.0 starters and boosters. Though I encourage you to use your local stores, if none are available, and you can get a dated receipt from the online store, sure.

I see minimum required purchas? I am ordering two boosters and a starter right off.. does this qualify as minimum amount? I have yet to see a quantification of minimum in this particular concept.

It pretty clearly states at least one starter and at least four boosters. :)
