Seems to me that the new Mage Knight figures come in a bit pricier than their older 'counterparts.' Some of the Swordmages, for example, don't strike me as being much more useful than the old 14 point Tough Utem Guardsmen.

But Draddog has a good point - Mage Knight (2.0) is a base set and WK wants to bring in new players... new players who probably can't easily get their hands on some old figures. So, hey, all of us old players with expansive collections will have a good head start on the newbies.
