You don't have to now. The rules for the scenario won't be out until next month. Assuming they don't change things, an LE is definitely a Unique.

Out of 52 cards in a standard playing deck, the highest is usually the Ace of Spades. If you can only bring one card you'd better make sure it's an Ace! Using that logic path, the best piece appears to be Trix.

The other logic path is to go where no one else is going. I believe the Faction War Relics go to the best player of that Faction, so playing the least popular Faction, which appears to be Elementals, would suggest going with Tremelen. He's a pretty good load on offense as well as offering fine support functions and at a bit under 100 points he offers plenty of army building possibilities. Park him on your nearest objective and send the rest of the army forward!

Along the same theme, one could look at the least-desired Relic and go with that Faction if a consensus emerges in the community as to the least desired Relic so you can cash in on that bit of metagame. Get any Relic and eBay it to get some money to use to buy the Relic you really want.

I'm either bringing Caldera or Vith., mostly because of their piont costs, and my recent bad luck with pulls. Plus I don't have anyother uniques from other factions(besides Kerrin) but that dosen't matter anyway.

because the relic Scorch Hammer is ungodly like, blatantly powerful (not because playing with Varatrix is a sure win,mind you!)

Elemental Freeholds,
a friend showed me a 'broken' combo with this relic that pretty much kills any soaring figure on the field using the wielder and another fig with MC, the concept of this relic is neat in of itself. Plus I like the EF! I'll use Tremelen because of his great support role as well as offense

Scattershot will own in a sealed environement plus there is a good chance I could pull a decent sheild or bow relic. He holds his own and is very fun to play. I'm not to sure about the relic though have to go check it out.

I would love to win the mount before its release but I'm not to fond of lizards.

All I have to say is that if people thought trix was annoying wait until you see her with the Scorch Hammer. very ouchy like!

Do I play for the EF or do I play for the Lizard?

I am playing for Orcs (surprise, surprise). While the Sunfire Javelin is not quite as cool as the Drac or Sol relics it does seem extremely useful, and fun...and most importantly extremely cheap.

I am still torn on WHICH unique I will be playing though. I have the big 3 orcs for this scenario; Harrowblade, Rava and Heartdrinker...but I am torn on who to use.

I think I have removed harrowblade from the running as he may be a bit too suicidal for sealed. Although, letting go of reckless is very hard for me to do...8 damage in 1 hit! In addition he is the only orc fig that would stand a chance against trix (if I pulled storm gale, galeshi sunsword or downpour).

Rava is amazing, but very chancy. I know with Rava I have almost 0 chance of winning the tourney (I really want that orc lizard!). While he can beat most match ups, the Trix game is almost an automatic loss for Rava...he simply can not touch him.

Heartdrinker, I love this fig! He is the best healer in the game right now (yep...better than astrus! No I haven't lost my mind!). He is cheap, very hard to kill, has numerous clix of healing, can wield any relics I might pull, can heal himslef with vampirism and can even hold his own in combant with his push friendly dial. However, he is even more risky than rava because he is NOT a major hitter and so competing with the other heavy uniques will be hard if I do not pull good figs in my boosters.

I am thinking that I am probably going to play Rava...as with rava I know I can take on just about anything but trixy. With Rava I should be able to get that javelin at least as Rava can obliterate the other two figs (unless harrowblade tosses a nasty domain at me!).

Oh well...looks like I better bring some $$$ to buy that lizard from the winer. :)

I am going to use the Horned Hunter. It's reduced cost will allow me to use a relic and fit many figures into my army. All I'll have to do with it is sit on the nearest objective token and absorb actions whith leadership.

Felt that Tremelen was too pricy.

Do you know if you get the lizard if you are the winner at your venue, or if you win the whole thing?(?if you can even win the whole thing?)
