as much as you dont want to admit it grathel, its a huge threat

mass-auto damage is a big threat when making the "invunerable" figure. if you use anti-range and anti-hand to hand methods, whats left other than auto-damage? shaking your fist and calling them names?

The point is, im gonna say this again and i said it SHORTLY after whirlwind..i cant belive im gonna say this worst case of deja vu ever...

ADAPT!!! I said it in whirlwind and im sayign it here, for the LONGEST i didnt even hear auto damage being an issue, it was a glourios sevreal months "Do i need to worry about auto damage? NOOOOOOOOOOOO this is 2.0!!" an now its back, and its gonna start over and the visious cycle is gonna cause my head to expolode and all the old players like me see it coming...its like freaking Godzilla coming out of the sea and me and the older players are a bunch of japanesse fishermen running away screaming "Godzilla Godzilla!"

I will attempt to refrain from whining.

But, I can certainly see where the clamor will begin. the non-Toughness 2.0 Uniques will and have been suffering from the auto damage capabilities that are extant. I have been on both sides of the coin and have watched my :boot: speed type Uniques crack and fall against a well used Ram/Venom/Pole Arm army, and have done the same to others. But let's not get all wrapped up in auto damage, it is great and it works; whatever happened to the cheap 'body guards' that were used to counter such tactics? Granted I have failed to use them and others have failed to use them, but I can remember them.

Think outside the current box, yes some nons in 2.0 are the same or better first to second click, but that only goes so far, and a fair number of the Uniques destabilize steadily. Relying on just the figures, to carry the day, will get you carried off the battlefield on your shield. While my strategies may be old, I will be reviewing them and updating for the new game.

Now, I don't think I whined too much but the point is there, do something about it or just let it happen. Whining just makes noise.
