a figure has no action tokens and has the ability of overwatch. the figure then places an overwatch token down...how far away can it go? then it is the opponets turn...in order for you to be able to shoot them your next turn, does the opponent figure have to touch the overwatch token? ............. So its your next turn and you have an action token from placing overwatch, you are able to shoot..even when they base you?
if someone could answer these questions...or give an example of what exactly must happen in order for it to work...it would help out alot
the overwatch token is placed by the figure using the ability. If your opponent moves a figure into your archer's watch (his range and front arc like a normal range attack). You can then make an attack during your command phase. This attack doesn't count towards that turn's action total and the figure on overwatch can make another action as per normal rules. He pushes for example if you move him or make another attack.
