It says if you stay MORE than 3 inch away, you can't go in LESS than 3 inch away. Nothing is mentioned about exactly 3 inch. I think this spell is way too strong this way.

This has been ruled on. 3 inches away includes 3 inches and anything less. The intent of the circles is to make a figure very hard to base.

Ranged combat and revenant. No need to say any more. Not at all an unbeatable stategy unless the people u are playing against are not the brightest.

with Circle of Leaves you cannot be shot. How is ranged combat a weakness?

If this has been ruled as such, has it been placed in the most recent FAQ? I ask this because some players do not believe it has been ruled upon until it is in the FAQ...
