Yeah, but that still doesn't compensate for the easily broken pegs.

One of my friends also had trouble fitting Lothan on the base and I had an easy time with mine. I tried to fit his and couldn't. After looking closely at the 2 figures we found out that my friend's Lothan had 2 right foot!! The "left" one with an unpainted roadkill at the bottom.

You can also tell by the boot clipping. Maybe that is your problem. There IS a Lothan with 2 left foot somewhere!!!
