Rapier - I totally agree about the torpedo/mag thing it needs to be faq'd quick because it's stretching the rules to breaking point imho - how can a torpedo benefit from mag bullets? It doesnt make sense in the 'real' world setting so why would it in the game? I work for Games Workshop and see that sort of rule bending happenning all the time and i think if people only applied some common sense then it would all be fine. Unfortunately some people will see the rules as being gospel and if something is not strictly prohibited theyll try and do it. Unfortunately the creators of these games are only human and what may seem obvious to them when they are writing the rules is not to others.

well, you can look at it that you're not just dumping a torpedo, but also firing the mag bullets as well. now, that wouldn't compound with a torpedo to make for a mag torp, but I could see firing both the guns, and the torp.
It's kind of odd that torps can be used against enemy fighters anyways. i mean, it's a slow moving, prop drivin' mini plane that is meant to deliver a massive explosive punch to a zep.

Hey, UKSpidey, if you work for GW, and look at rules abuses, fix the bloody Tau so the suits aren't just massive point sinks that are totally useless with their BS of 3. I got into 40k with them, and got out of 40k because of them vs the all consuming transport rush/cc mess in what is supposed to be a sci-fi game

Hey I figured the target should be able to get a pilot check with plus 2 to the roll to avoid the all the attacks. Oh well another silly quirk of Wizkids.
