Come my good friend, the range of the BR Soli is a lot much more then their AO range as they have insane speed. Combined with evade makes them more able then their evadeless counterpart.
A Persuador+pulse means that any opponent must fallback from it or risk instant losing if you ever hit. Because of the damage involved and any 2nd pulse shot wil not doubt be a hit as well.
To me having redundancy makes sense. Having redundancy for the sake of redundancy is well plain sillyness.
I rather have that 2nd BR Soli with IT but that is a point nightmare.
Considering I wouldt prefer to have that persuador+1 repair mech+1 ranged light.

looks good overall. You may have some problems with infantry though. You have all energy weapons. Prehaps you could switch out the Thug for a BR vulture. It has a nice ballistic weapon. The two solitaires is a nice touch.
Most infantry are basers (except TGR's and a few other ones). As such, I can do close combat attacks against those. If all else fails, my Solitaire's speed and evade should be able to outmaneuver them.
Are there any planetary conditions that hinder infantry?
Close combat attacks can deal with infantry, and people always forget that enough energy strikes can cripple an infantry unit. For instance, a CNC ATV that takes three energy damage, from three separate shots, is the next best thing to useless thereafter. Yeah, it's muay order-intensive and very inefficient, but it is possible.
Which is, sometimes, all ye need. Plus, if someone's playing something like a TGR drop, they can get off one shot against you before you Charge their center gun and break their formation. With the Raiders, ye'll get the clicks back soon enough anyways.
I think the army would do pretty well, and I see no problem with dual Repair Sollies. See, if you only run one then it'd be relatively straightforward to nuke it and leave yourself only the Pride. The Sollie couldn't repair itself, meaning that it'd have to rely on the pride to fix itself - and it's pretty easy to outpace one click of healing a turn. But dual Sollies can repair each other as well as Thug, meaning that you have real redundancy in your army.
I see no problems with it. Should work wonderfully, good luck with it.
IT is nice, but not really necessary when you're ignooring pilot modifiers and have a 12AV, worst case senario you're up against an atlas or malice with 23 defence so 11's which isn't too bad (as a worst case senario) especailly when you can mow down infantry with the thug ... failing that, base wtih the solitairs then bolt (only need over 1 thanks to the evade)
A very difficult army to deal with. Basers are the only real thing that slows it down.
I concur. A large number of fast infantry followed closely by supporting mechs could potentially give you fits. You have to keep the basers away at all costs. And Soli's being energy based are simply not good at that. Especially if certain PCs work against you (Crags to greatly slow your Soli's?).
Maybe instead of Pulse try and work in Anti-Personnel on Persuader?

I am VERY familiar with the "Persuader" + Fernali + SU Pulse, as I ran that combo in the 2005 US Nationals.
I just have never ran this in a 600 point build.
