Essen Games Show?

thats a yearly game convention in Germany, lots of table top board games and all, so far i know from people going there.

Any idea what games are going on there? The reason why is because I also play some heroclix and some WH40k.

I havent heard much from Heroclix in Germany (that doesnt mean it isnt there though)
And uhm, will there be a new thread for EC news from Germany, or will it be buried here.... in this thread?

I have to ask. I was in Germany recently and everywhere I went I tried out my nascent Deutsche on the locals and when they heard my accent they immediately replied in English. Yet when I went to a Gaming store they stuck 100% to Deutsche. Is there a reason for this?

(P.S. it was amazing to meet someone and find that to their ears my Welsh accent sounded very much like someone else I was with who was from the far Northern reaches of England)

When is it?

I heard a rumor that it would be around april 1st, though as of yet nothing is official or confirmed.
