what is the difference between spider-friends and marvel knights? punisher, daredevil, elektra... seems like they should have just not called them spider-friends and gone with marvel knights in the first place, instead of making a whole new team with basically the same charachters.

on the other hand, you have other characters like Blade and Elektra in the MK - and I'm frankly surprised it took this long to get a Blade and Elektra card;) (ESPECIALLY considering the WK clix precedent...)

AND we should get a Black Panther and Dr. Strange - both of which I'd love to see a few cards of...

Also, we get probably some new FF characters, which is nice...and another Punisher & Ghost Rider..another Spidey, Wolverine and Hulk...

BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let them leave the X-Statix FAR FAR away from this game...

-sigh- although, considering the original art that was on the UDE site in the early early days of the game - with Doop and another couple of X-Statix chars, this is wishful thinking on my part;)

I'd bet on Alpha Flight to show with Avengers and Masters of Evil... I mean, Alpha Flight is Canada's Avengers, as I've always seen it. I loved the old Alpha Flight comic... Excalibur, too... darn it all... Where's my multi-national friendly Vs cards?!

Well, I know for a fact that there is a Marvel Knights set - and I'm about 99% sure it's after Superman.

I also know now that Alpha Flight will be made, but not in Spidey or MK.

Oh, and I'm a compulsive liar. But that's not really true =)

thematically, where would aplha flight fit in a set? a set by themselves, or a set with other secondary x-teams? what sort of villains could we expect from a alpha flight set, i know other secondary x-villian teams could be, MLF, maruaders, acolytes, dark riders, maybe even a weapon X team with deadpool and maverick and .. yeah that would be so very cool!

Well, Alpha Flight, and the fact that they are Mutants and had Wolverine among them, clearly puts them in the X-Team category.

As for Marvel knights. As a team i don't think it would warrant it's own team, but it WOULD be a great additional team for the Spidey set, because you can then use multuiple copies of Daredevil or other characters right away. 2 More copies of Daredevil woudl make 3 playable, same for Punisher. Then you round out the set with the others who are not in the Spider Friends team.

I don't think it needs it's own release, but adding it as another options for some of the characters in the Spider Friends makes perfect sense.

X force?
