Oh it is, but double TK has the potential to be more powerful. I'm thinking of someone (probably me) double TKing two figs with TK/Mind Control out, and then having those figs TK/MC two other figs base to base with Papa Sinestro. Have someone with double Incap there to hit them and make sure they stay put until my next turn, when I try and I capture one, and then patently wait to capture the other.
Multi-Attack (optional): Give the big figure Sentinel a power action. This character may take 2 free actions against two different targets, or two free actions against a single target. These free actions may be power actions, ranged combat actions, or close combat actions.
Running Shot (optional): When you give this character a MOVE action, he may move up to half his speed value and then make a ranged combat action.
Since the power actions don't list a move action, would Running Shot be applicable for the Multi-attack?
Also with 2 Barriers. True Barrier is a Power action, but the text of Multi-Attack specifies that actions must be taken against TARGETS. Barrier does not have a target.
The text in Running shot is :
RUNNING SHOT (optional): Give this character a power action. It may move up to half its
speed value and then make one ranged combat action as a free action.
