Once a character becomes an 'attacker', the game makes no more checks to see if the attack is legal. If you ready a character after it has become an 'attacker', you can use Team Tactics on itself to double its ATK.
So you use a Mega Blast on Speed Demon, attack. Once it becomes an 'attacker' you pay 1 life to ready himself and then use Team Tactics on Speed Demon targetting himself. He is now a 10/1
Turn two, drop Speed Demon and Lion's Den for Vulture.
If they have no 1 or 2 drops, your in the clear. Let loose the pumps on Speed. Team Tactics, ready, TT again. Say you get 2 Mega Blasts and 2 Flying kicks....
34 damage, and +34 to you.
If anyone can get this turn two "instant win" combo to pull off, let me know. I'd love to see it work.

I was clearly making fun of what he said. Of how you can deal 20 damage, in on turn one.
