Magneto is the greatest supervillian in comic book history IMHO--a top-5-calibre character period.

Magento is not an amazing villain because of his powers. He is a master villain, possibly the best in comic history, because of his personality..his intelligence and cunning...his motivations. He is human, and something more at the same time

In my opinion DR. DOOM is the greatest villain of all time.Magneto to me has always been an in-between character.He'd never just kill an innocent person,read his card.Domm on the other hanf would not hesitate to kill any man,woman,or child at any time.

I put Doom as number 1 Villian with Magneto at 2. then its get weird with Deathstroke (who i count as a Villian) and then Lex Luthor. The Rounding out the Top 5 is Darkseid.

They are number one and two cause the are relatable. WE al have that person who is better than us at everything (well except for Jonesy apearently) Dooms person just happens to have superpowers. So Doom was forced to out class him. He at heart is a Boy looking for his lost Mother. Doom may be a ruler of a nation but he would trade it all to have his mother back.

Magneto IS the perfect example of a person pushed to far. humanity has dragged Mutant kind down and down, Magneto just want repect and when they wont give him that he takes it as anyone who could would, through sheer force.
