What if there was a real woman, made up to look just like the character, modeling for the artist? Would that be real? Would you still object?

This porn you speak of, are those women real? Take away the makeup, plastic surgery, camera tricks, special lighting, airbrushing, and digital retouching; would the 'real' thing look anything like the picture?

Is the woman created by a team of surgeons, beauticians, photographers and editors truly that much more real than the one created by an artist?
