If this is for the set after Infinite Crisis, why is the countdown for a date less than a month away?

It's assumed (in the other thread about this same subject) that the countdown refers to the date it will be announced.

If you believe such things.

I'm hearing first week in July as the street date.

Assuming what you've heard is right. It is over 6 months away after all. Anything being said about it now is just speculation.

Looks like maybe they want the new set legal for the PC at Gencon Indy?

I wasn't saying it would be ultimate galactus. It will be the real man as they wont start doing the ultimate universe until they have coverered most of the original (I think).

My point was just that the release would tie into dates in the real world where Marvel are pushing a Galactus product. UDE do this for practicaly every set, eg Electra Movie / Marvel Knights, Hal Jordan Reborn / GLC, Summer Movies / Batman and F4 starter decks etc etc.

I think it would be cool if they sprinkled in some Ultimate stuff here and there (does Sabertooth Feral Rage count, he looks like Ultimate Sabertooth?)

So is this going to be a whole set focusing on Galactus and cosmic stuff? If so it will be cool to get Galactus stuff I can actually get (unlike a certain other game) and maybe we'll get some more Skrulls too.

Yeah, it's definitely Blob alright. He's got a bad case of "Midnight Cravings" and that's probably the silver surfer alright, i totally nailed that one in the other thread. You can right click and view image and magnify it.

He's going to totally pull a Ring girl and come out of the screen and eat us all.... because he too is hungry.

When has Blob been in space (not counting the movie The Blob, which Marvel probably doesn't have the rights to)?:)

I hope they do multiple versions of Galactus. Like a lower drop Starving Galactus, a 7-8 drop hungry Galactus, and a 10 drop holy moly he's doing just fine and we're all doomed Galactus.
