I know I'm gonna get flamed for this one, but AGL really isn't that good. True it does very good, but it is all luck and no skill. The deck randomly does really good and then randomly does horrible, like 50% of the time. If you don't hit Chomin on one, you're screwed.

AGL has the potential to do more damage than Squadron, but it lacks the consistentcy that Squadron has. IMO.

seriously, past results over here in SoCal have been:

1.Glock(patrick the crazy man for making it and Ludin and Billy working on it to make it da broke)
2.Titans(They have a great matchup against Glock if they have the tech for the matchup)
3.Child Lock Decks/FF Burn
4.Curve Sentinels-The CHAMP Steven Levesque
5.AGL

All other decks that are supposed to be Tier 1 have not really been hitting the scene over here at socal, except for Jerry with his crazy Heroes United deck, he will never give up on x-men and they have done him well.

There is no best deck. But most played would go like this.

1. Titans
2. AGL
3. Squad/Glock

those four are the most played at every tournament.

the other are still very strong but not in playing in quantities

4.doom varients CE, DIG,New School
5. Child Locks
6. Faces (although i havent seen one in South Cali in a very long time)

thats how i see and i believe most of you would agree.

its all rock paper scissors in match ups and the better player wins with more understanding of those matchups.

Solataire is still real good. Especially with Straight to the Grave.

The deck needs Chomin on 1 or they lose basically, also AGL loses to all forms of Child Lock unless they get double bad press, which can happen

plus any scrub can pickup and play AGL and understand what to do, making it a lot more popular then it should be

AGL will never be the best deck because it is so dependant on the first draw.

In addition, cards like Speedy and Robot Sentry, both widely played, scream hate all over the lovely Anti's.

I definitely think the deck is top tier, but it's not the best deck ever made, nor is it the best deck in the current meta.

take out ten team and curve sents they aint doin as well as squad i think some luck kid is gunna play that deck and win it will be very funny

Other than that, it looks pretty good. Sents w/ TA is gonna make a comeback, you people just watch.

why does every1 think u need chomin on 1? :/ chomin on 2 or ring has chosen is perfectly fine. and it IS possible to win without chomin, i've done it plenty of times :/

If titans continue their rise to power (is this the 2nd or 3rd time?) then CS will be back.

ATM as good as these rush decks are some of their bad matchups stop them from being tier 1. Granted they are both tough to beat on a busted draw but they draw that maybe 2 in 10 games tops.

I also think disregarding X-stall is foolish the heavily meta'd version of it is particularly good atm and will get better with EomE. (i don't see how it beats Doom with Compressor but you can't win them all).
