Er, yes it is. By circulation I meen available, not just in some random booster pack or given away as a special gift. It is a card that us mere mortals have an opportunity to get, though of course very few will. Some events only the winner gets it, some top 4 and some top 8 I believe. And Joe, as far as your question goes, it has the word FOIL in it because not everyone uses the same search terms when they look for items on ebay, I would have thought that was obvious.The more way people can find your item generally, the better :)

I wish UDE would just hold side events where you get X amount of EA cards, and you bet 1 each round, win or lose. You can't drop until after the 2nd round. This way, everyone could get the unreleased EA cards. That'd be sweet.

Boka 8x of them were given away at the Madison WI prerelease for JLA. In flight 2 they did not have enough Martian Manhunters, but they had EA Argus on accident and gave it out to us.

I have seen two other EA USS Arugs not from Madison. One in Germany and one in IL.

The same Austalian guy had both of them. He said something about he did some work for ude. He sold 1x No Man and 3x Marvels Most wanted. He said he only had 3x Marvels most wanted and was going to keep one. So mayber there are really 4.

The no man was purchased by someone here in the USA, ebay id darrenrmiller, and then sold off again on ebay when that player quit the game to ebay id mrgh33.
