Either way, it has been a spectacular season... the best since then for sure. We shall see if they continue to let them skate in the playoffs, I bet they do.
Yep, it's been a great season. They realy seemed to have 'fixed' the league this year.
I don't see west as much as east but Carolina has been realy impressive on the ice. They don't win by shear talent (à-la 90s penguins) they win it on team work and hard work habits. those teams realy have my respect, a little bit like the 2004 Flames.

I feel bad...with as well as the Mavericks have been doing, I've been totally ignoring the Stars. Marty is looking better than he has all season, and with the power play back on the rails, the Stars may just skate the Cup this year. Still, they're going to have to step it up in the Finals against whoever the East sends.

Maybe that's the secret to their success, don't watch until they get knocked out!
Seriously, you have been missing something special. They are doing this without Guerin at all. If he wakes up at the right time they are gold. With Stu leading the way, of course, they have a group of the funkiest little monsters you have ever seen. The waterbugs: Barnes, Hagman, Kapanen. They have two big strong really good Euro-kids in Jokinen and Mietennen. And of course they have Turco slapping people in the face with his goalie stick whenever he feels like it.
I am in bunches about Silver Age. One-cost army decks as the rock to beat? Sweet. Especially since they are so easy to tech against. I would wager that the PC San Fran environment will be the most exciting yet, at least for a weenie addict like myself.

(My class is watching King Kong actually.)
This might be entertaining...
When I first saw "FTW", I thought it meant "#### the World". And that was the day A-Rod posted:
Foreskin FTW.
So anyway, last night we picked up the Lord of the Rings Trival Pursuit DVD game right? Nina is so good that she played three pieces against my one... and beat me 4 games straight. When you get all the wedges and reach the center, you click your remote on a screen tab that says: For the Win.

I'm going to give Hellfire/MK a real good shot. They have very synergic strategies and could complement very well if you play on the KO/Keep one visible. Hellfire gives some toolbox search and beaf up the visible while MK gives some out of combat stuns/Kos that come earler then turn 6 Magneto.

I"m pulling for my Sabers. I've enjoyed Hockey's resurgence. I don't get to see too many Sabers games living near the Rangers/Islanders/Devils real of the world. But at least they're going to the playoffs this year. Hard working team wihtout superstarts but very deep.
Oh yeah, VS. I like having a horde of small x-men with the Blackbird. Its janky but when it works its so much fun.
