Get over it, its one card out of thousands. You can still play f4 if you like, yes it may be weaker but for the GOOD of the GAME it is prob better. Yopu may or may not agree with me, but one thing is for sure saying your going to quit a fantastic game over one card is stupid.
2) "Enemy of my enemy is ruining mono teams sniff sniff"
No its not, it enables multi-teams, and enables you to play any mono team you want just splash in mxyz and there you go instant tutor for even the jankiest deck type.
3) "but this game is becoming like yugioh, everyone just plays power cards and tech spots"
No, its not becoming like yugioh, tech slots are nice but by playing something under the radar you can make the tech worthless. I was playing a netdecked mexican hardware store with my x-mental deck. One game the only 4 they had was jester...completely worhtless against x-mental. Tech can be detrimental to the player if your playing somehting its not teched against you know.
4) "But you need enemy of my enemy for consistency"
Do you?? Consistent decks have been around long before enemy. If you cant afford enemey(which is perfectly understandabel) play one of the tons of decks that dont need it/and or have their own tutor.
5) "wahhh, but its not like the comics anymore!!!!!"
Bull, in comics people team-up and turn their back on each other all the time, and if it was supposed to be like the comics the only 4 cards that team superman would lose against or the 2 hate magics, doomsday and kryptonite.
6) "this sucks I quit!!!!"
Good, cause in the end we should all remember this is a game and is meant to be played to have fun, if your not having fun you shpuld probably do something else you enjoy.
I think I summed up all the complaining in the last couple of threads if I missed any feel free to post here.
I find your views very appealing and would like to subscribe to your news letter.

I agree that people complain about price and fairness too much. If you want a low price card game go buy a deck of playing cards because you are in the wrong hobby. Just look at MTG. Magic has cards way above the price of any VS single.
Price is due to supply and demand people so stop complaining.
I think you spectacularly miss the point. It's not about the cost of ccg's, it's about the availability of cards. EomE shouldn't be rare - if it wasn't it would also be banned and there would be no problem because a cheap common is no loss. Making power rares just short changes the player.
Well, the fastest way to make me leave this excellent game!
1. Return to 3 games a round so we can add a sideboard.
2. UDE or the meta defines a deck staple.
I left yugioh because there was no room for to be creative and competitive at the same time. When most decks contain 15-20 STAPLE cards, you are left with very little to original or different with.
VS is still the free-range chicken of competitive TCGs, I can still be my wierd jank-building self and still win. I love that most about this game.
EoME? Is it the card or the cost ppl are #####ing about? I love that it opens a whole new realm of jank. As one of the original pilots of JLoA, I can honestly say that deck was unplayable without EoME. Honestly I wish it was uncommon so my younger players, who are also janksters at heart, can start making some of our discussed ideas reality.
ARB? Much respect for it. Had its time. Paid its due. Retired with respect. Drawing your whole deck turn 3 is not healthy for the game. Make sense. No quarrels here.
JLoA? After much thought, I now concur. Banning was the right way to go. Deny your opponent the opportunity to fight back or respond, though clever in execution, is not how the game was intended to be played. The principle is similar to one-turn kill deck in yugioh, though you win and it is very clever, I despise the fact that you never gave me the chance to compete. JLoA did that to players from turn 4 onwards and in Golden Age, would have got much worse ... much much worse.
Not like the comics? Well one of aspect I do enjoy about VS is learning all the new character stories etc. My comic upbringing was 2000AD and british Commando comics. so this is all new to me. New = Interesting.
People quitting? Really? For what? Theres another game that listens to players and ensures the game stays level like UDE?
Theres another game that has a stable aftermarket that is not too overpriced and available to everyone? When Im trading EoMEs for gas to fill my car, thats the time Im getting out.
Trying to change people's opinions is very difficult, if even possible. The most your going to do is start another argument... more specifically, a Part II of the first argument in the first place. If your just trying to get "props" for having the "best" opinion on things, then whatever.... but either way, this kind of thing is not a great idea.
Everyone has their opinions.... whatever, its what makes us different from one another. If you dont intend to become a modern age (insert evil old German leader's name here) of some sort, then I suggest you stop and avoid the annoyance of another "argument".

That was very well said, and yet there must be some sort of limit. If someone decides that their opinion is so important that they must violently repeat it ad nauseum, something must be done to tone it down. If an opinion crosses the line into an obvious attempt to attack and belittle, with no content whatsoever, then it is no longer an opinion. It becomes harassment, not opinion. Take "the city" for example. If you hit the search button under his screen name, you will find a massive set of attacks. If there is an opinion underneath it all, it is lost under all the bile. He is obviously only trying to lash out and "hurt" the game. In that case, he is not even stating opinions any more and his "cause" is lost. It is difficult to ignore that stuff, and it needs to be called out and curbed.
In my opinion.

Dude, how can we miss the point if you have screamed it incessantly for days? We got your point a long time ago and now we are starting to dismiss it, immediately, as soon as we see your name pop up again.

It's not a matter of not agreeing or disagreeing, it's a matter of boo-hooing constantly gets old. There's a point where conversation and complaining turns into a ##### fest and that's what he's referring to.

Then don't read it. I mean you aren't under some mind control spell and presumably you can choose to read something else or start another thread. Surely you dont walk up to complete strangers and tell them they are just moaning when they say things you dont agree with?
