Well, the Man-Thing art is an alternate art Nasty Surprise card inserted in the Marvel Legends Series 11 Man-Thing Toy. It also just came out in the upcoming hobby league kit as an EA. ;) There are also Iron Man (Cover Fire), Black Widow (Acrobatic Dodge), and Avengers Assemble!
