The two darkseid deck that top 8ed last week were pretty good. The pure one just wrecks anything that relies on the row, especially Moloids. I didn't see how the Checkmate/Darkseid fared.

Decklist for High Voltage please

look in the top 8 decklist section of the past years worth of golden events, there are a couple of diffrent ones to look at.

Yeah I know that, but those decklists are pre-MHG, I want to see an up-to-date one.

The Frankie deck you're referring to used "Get Him My Petsss" to try to clear the opponent's board until it got into the late game when he could dominate the board with Evil Star/Shazam/Phantom Stranger and bring your life down to his with Shazam's effect.

His deck was a lot more effective before Chimp got banned, and now that Dr. Light's gone, it's basically dead.

BTW: What were you running there? I was the guy running the Moloids deck.

You should build one and post it! I think in the strictest sense the most up to date HiV deck is the quick fate deck - it has the fastest kill. Because of this, I'm curious as to whether I should treat the two as different archetypes - even though they're both rush decks traditional HiV has a bit more oomph.

HiV doesn't roll over and die if you stun its character.

My version of HiV is the same as the Boston 10k 2nd place one, except I now took out 1 Mikado and 3 Betrayals for 4 Bad Press. They slow down shenanigan decks long enough for me to kill them before they go off. But somehow I think my version is outdated.
