Okay, from what I've been told there's no entry fee, so it should be pretty packed, assuming word gets out. That said, PLEASE try to get there on time so we can start at or near 6. We're also going to have to keep the store open past hours, and I don't know how they're going to handle it staff-wise (who's staying late, aside from Brian, though they will definitely need more people to keep an eye out for the safety of the store). Hopefully that won't be a problem, but with so many people you can never really know. So be a good guy and notify someone if you see something funky going on, it'd be a shame if the store got robbed after holding a free tourney like this.

Yes - Wrathraven speaks the truth. I just got an email from the tournament organizer. Admission is FREE (woohoo!) and it starts at 6. I assume that means be there no later than 5:30 if you plan to register. (I guess getting there at 6 is OK if you just plan on watching...)

People needing last minute cards should really come out as early as possible. I'll be over at Eudemonia by about 3:00 it looks like, so come play or trade or whatever before the main event starts.

Fun times fun times I think I'll post a report up... being able to attack with 7 drop hulk 4x and I could have done it twice (I chose not to play one man rampage) was just too fun

Thanks to everyone for coming to our local store, I know there was some issue about the way the thing was structured, but for next time I'll make sure we go over everything thoroughly with Brian beforehand so it's satisfactory to everyone. The short notice really didn't leave the group much time to discuss what exactly the plan was. Personally I didn't think it was a great idea to have it during the week, since time is always a factor. But as long as everyone had a good time, that's what matters the most.

yea i was disappointed that they didnt cut to top 8, i think i would have played better if i knew there a was chance going x-1, but over all my first time playing there it was a good experience

It was fun times. Missing combat pumps was the suck, but meh. It was good times. Getting to clear opposing fields twice with the Warbird effect was always a good time. Saturday, I'm running the gauntlet deck I think :)
