This is the version I ran at the Edgeworld Elite to a dismal 2-4 however it is extremely consistant having the win condition in hand 4 out of 5 games ready to pop at the begining of my recruit step on turn 5. That is no turn 5 for you I win yay, well maybe not, a lot of folks had answeres that shut my alternate win condition down, but I feel great joy in having it run at 80% efficiency for the optimal win turn, and oh I had it for the next turn in the one game I missed 5, but it was alas a turn too late.
Things that hurt:
A timely Bat Got Your Toungue (on that darn EOME - gotta learn to search against Gotham when they're exhausted)
Ronin, you no flippy win condition, you loose, really shoulda held back to wait for his bad attack into my 3 drop so I can power-up twice and pray for the stun back (my only chance = no chance with my swamp and Black Rose already exhausted and me staring down at Catman in the KO).
Omega effect: Ow anything that removes from the game instead of just KOing, I spent 2 rounds staring at 5 Secret Six characters before he blew my SSV out of the row, and I walked away dejected again.
I had a great time running this deck, and getting it to run, I hope you can find something in my jank to enjoy as well.

Question: One of the problems I had when I put this together after Tim's post, was that it seemed like if you missed SSV, you basically had a bad curve-deck. Do you just lose if you don't hit SSV?
Well, other than just 'missing', I've had my hand Umar'd, I've nailed two of them with Dark Dimension, I've been Saged, I've been Time Thief'd . . . the list goes on and on.
Yeah you just lose. I mean sure they could miss every drop, but realy unless they do, you lose, I've tried to pull out games where I actually wasn't doing too bad in the initial endurance and curve race, but with no alternate win available, I was eventualy just beat into submission.
I've considered altering this to a recovery intensive X-men / SS build, but am not sure I can find sufficient draw enablers to pull it off.
