And psuedo I read that deck and I have a question about counters that you can probably answer. When a character is stunned does that character retain those counters? So is the idea that even if your opponent stuns him he will stun them back, get a counter for the stun, and then recover with an extra counter in addition to the counters he already had?

Yeah, that's exactly what happens with +1/+1 counters. However, with Cosmic counters, once the character stuns, the counter is gone.
And what set is proud zinco because that looks awesome but i shop at shuffle and cut in my area and can't find it on their website....i looked it up on here and it said EHB which i thought was the set but i didnt recognize it

If you plan on running the build that I posted, you definitely want to put a lot of time into practicing it. It's not an easy deck to run. It's very situational and I'll be honest, even though I practiced it for weeks before my City Championship, my head really hurt at the end of the day!
I was working on the ideas posted here and wanted to know about terrax's power. He has to replace a location....so what is the idea here if you get a character stuck in your resource row? Or is the idea to put a card that you searched for (using attilan maybe) and make it a resource which will replace the location?

If you are buying Hellboy just to get the Zincos, you should run Level 12 Intelligence instead. They are about 3 bucks apiece. I also think they are a better choice for this deck than Zinco, because of their second effect, which allows you to gain 4 endurance by exhausting a character. Zinco is completely worthless (except as a discard) against any deck that plays no equipment cards.

We had this argument within my play group and the only problem I found with Level 12 (which I originally ran), is that you 1 have to exhaust a character that you may want to attack with and 2 it only removes 0 cost equipment (so, Knight Armors stay, which is really a pain in the butt!).

Those are good points, but I would make the following counter-argument:
1) Knight Armor boosts DEF, not ATK. The characters likely to be equipped with them are ones you are not likely to be attacking. (When I play my H/I stall deck, I almost never attack until turn 8 anyway.) When your opponent is attacking, a Knight Armor just means no stun-backs, which rarely occur anyway unless someone is attacking Alaris. Not being able to get rid of Knight Armor is a very minor drawback, IMO, and that's the only piece of equipment other than the Artifacts that you are likely to see very often in Silver right now.
2) In my stall deck, I almost always have 1-2 characters on the field who either serve little purpose or who don't need to be ready to be useful (Lockjaw, San, Franklin Richards). They almost never attack, and the main thing they get used for from turn 3 on is to exhaust for some other card's effect (Worldeater Apparatus, Outside World, Level 12). The exhaust-a-character cost is not an issue, at least in my build.
3) The main reason for running equipment hate in a Silver Age deck right now is to combat QuickFate and other decks running the Artifacts. You want to run the best card that helps you address that threat. The two main options are Zinco and Level 12. Zinco is a dead card against any deck that does not run equipment. Its endurance gaining effect kicks in only when you KO an equipment. Level 12 is playable in any matchup at almost any time. The ability to use it so easily has often been a life saver, by allowing me to keep my entire resource row face up so that Attilan could start/continue doing its thing. And gaining 4 endurance by exhausting an otherwise useless 1 or 2 drop is definitely a good effect for this kind of deck.
I'm not trying to pick a fight here. Zinco is a good card, and in most decks I think it is clearly the better card. I just think Level 12 is the better card for this kind of deck.

The only thing I could really think to change would be maybe taking out Galactus the Maker since i don't NEED him. With all the searching and drawing I think I could hit all my drops so I would use the 7 Silver Surfer. This is a bit different of a build on here that I saw and it used the extra Galactus for Creation of a Herald which I am not using. So maybe change that. So any opinions about working out anything little in here. Also I can't get any Level 12 or Zinco by tommorrow which is when I am using this so I will put those in later. This is for a silver age city champ. THANKS!!!
In my deck the 7 drop Galactus' are in there to support the I Must Obeys and Creation of a Heralds. In yours, they support only the Obeys. I have a hard time getting Obey's effect even with 3 copies of Galactus, so if you are going to drop the 2 7 drops you should drop the Obeys at the same time. Do you have any Great Refuges or Enemy of My Enemy? You could really use more tutors. If not, I'd probably go with Kindred Spirits. Here's my Silver Age build, FWIW.

Yeah I actually think that yours is the deck that I was going to run but I can't afford some of the things in there. I can't afford EoE, they are sold out of level 12, they don't sell Hellboy, Maybe one or two of refuges but again they are really expensive ($16 a piece), and I might be able to swing a few creations....so I don't know if one or two of's of the refuge or creations would be worth it. Let me know.....like I said what I posted is what I can afford/get my hands on. Any ideas still?
