Why you dont run sattelite HQ? i Really think its a better option because it give all your char with a cost 4 or more free acces to the hidden area

The Satelite is cool, but it turns into a dead card if you're facing a player with no hidden characters. Sewer System can give any character you control "flight". I never hear the "s" word from opponents as much as when I flip that card.
