Day 1 will start a little after 9 a.m. (after players meeting) and will most likely be 10 rounds (only PC day 1 to be 9 rounds was Sydney I believe.) Rounds are supposed to be 30 minutes, but there are always a couple of rounds that take over 1 hour because of people playing WAYYY over time. If you play all rounds on day 1, you'll probably be done by 8-9 p.m. No day 1 at PC Indy that I'm aware of has gotten done before 8 p.m.
Day 2 is 9 rounds but split by 3 drafts/building periods. It starts about the same time, and will take just as long if not a little longer because of the time taken to draft/build decks. Again some rounds will take at least 45 minutes because of people playing over. You'll be lucky if you play all 9 rounds on Day 2 to be done by 9 p.m.
Also there are no lunch breaks. You have three options for food: sneak your own in with the backpack your cards are in, finish a round early and go to a concession stand, or get a friend/significant other that is there only to watch go to the mall across the walkway at the top level and get food better than concession food.
The "access" to GenCon that you get is probably limited to the TCG hall, which means that if you want to get into the vendor area you gotta buy a regular badge.
If you are playing a stall deck and you are the last table, yes.
TJ missed a round in Amsterdam and got a game loss that cost him Day Three. He called it the $40K cigarette. You should be fine for at least half the rounds, but there is no set time for the next pairings and when they are up they are up.

Actually the Pro Circuit badge gets you access to the TCG Hall and the vendor room ONLY. No exceptions. If you play in any event outside the TCG Hall (the smaller TCG companies in the conference rooms, the video/PC game area, poker, etc.) and you don't have a full access badge, GenCon security can and will escort you out of the area, and will take your badge if out give them any lip.
I speak from experience as about 5 VS PC players, including myself, were kicked out of the Saturday night poker tournament. The cost last year to upgrade the badge was about $20-$25 if I remember correctly.
Oh and there are no breaks, sorry if I wasn't clear before. You have to take your own breaks, but as Stu said, you can cost yourself a round if your not careful. You have to be at your seat within 3 minutes of the round starting or it's an automatic loss.
