we wants it! but even tho its doubtful we will get it over here in the uk i wont bid on this on princible, they shouldnt be sold untill after the event and only then if won buy someone.
Because he even says so in the auction "THIS WAS GOTTEN BY ME AT A HOBBY LEAGUE TOURNAMENT. ALL ARE IN MINT CONDITION. IT WILL BE SHIPPED INSURED IN A PADDED ENVELOPE IN A HARD SLEEVE."
"Gotten by me" doesn't necessarily mean "won by me"
To play devils advocate, why can someone not auction off a pre-order? They do this all the time with common/uncommon sets, boxes, and even rares before the release date. Who knows this may be the persons judge support.
I'm not saying this is the case, but people tend to jump to conclusions before knowing the whole truth.

It is clearly stated in the contract with UDE when you order the kits they are NOT to be sold
Preorders for sets are different because that product is meant to be sold.
There is no judge support for Hobby League or Marquee Events
I think the end result of reporting these will be that the guys will wait until after the tourney to sell them. At this second, the only way to get those items is from that guy on eBay. Their value will drop once all the kits have been distributed.
It's better this way, though -- if we can keep an eye on this stuff, I hope it will encourage UDE to continue giving out good prizes for HL/events.
